Description
Casa Senderos is custom built and carefully designed for relaxing, entertaining, and connecting people together. This exclusive home sits in a gated community with private security, 300 m2 (3200 sq. ft) of open concept living, and access to a private cenote. The community is also just a short 5 minute drive to the beach.
On the base floor you will be met by a spacious living room. Enjoy access to a large flat screen TV, a beautifully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a dining room with seating for 10. The terrace doors slide into the walls to completely open up the inside to the outside living space and pool area where you can comfortably relax, enjoy a drink, and have fun. A full bathroom is accessible from the pool area as well as the inside space.
The 1st floor hosts 2 principal bedrooms (one on each side) and 2 secondary bedrooms. Each principal bedroom has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The two middle rooms share a bathroom which features a dual inside-outside shower. All three bathrooms have dual sinks and true rain showers.
The 2nd floor houses the laundry room and an additional bedroom and private bathroom. Laundry room access is included, however, use of the 2nd floor bedroom is available for an additional cost. This optional bedroom is equipped with bunk beds and is perfect for larger family/groups with children.
Access
At Casa Senderos you will enjoy access to the whole house with the exception of the 2nd floor bedroom which will be locked unless we have arranged for your use of the space.
You will also enjoy access to the beauty of the community’s private cenote as well as miles of paved walking and biking trails that traverse the grounds.
Us
You are renting directly from the us, the homeowners. There is no middle man or management company. We will be available as much or as little as you need.
An on-site host is appointed to assist guests and will be on hand from before you arrive until after you depart, to make sure that your stay in Casa Senderos is memorable and perfect. They will be easy to reach via WhatsApp, SMS messages or phone. The on-site host is happy to pre-arrange fridge stock service, in-home meals, tours, airport transportation, activities, dinner reservations or tickets, and concierge service for any special request.
The community
We are located in a gated community with private security. We do not allow parties. From 11 pm we ask our guests to be a bit more quiet. Smoking is not allowed inside the interior and exterior spaces.
